  • We specialize in Modern and Mid-Century construction, with a focus on custom homes, major remodels, and ADUs. We are also passionate about sustainability and high-performance building, and do our best to incorporate these principles into every building project. 

  • We offer building services only, and do not handle design in-house.

  • We respect the neighborhoods we work in and take our presence seriously. Before beginning a project, we personally visit neighboring homes to introduce ourselves, share project details, and provide contact information—fostering open communication and ensuring a positive experience.

  • We start by posting clear, bilingual job site rules outlining expectations for conduct, parking, noise/music, waste management, and acceptable work hours. Cleanliness is one of our core values, and we hold every team member accountable for maintaining a well-organized job site. To ensure efficiency and minimize disruption, we stagger trades to keep the site running smoothly without overcrowding.
