Who We Are.

Durham Construction is a progressive builder focused on architecturally-driven Custom Homes & Major Remodels. Our work is defined by a dedicated attention to detail and quality. We care deeply about what we do.

Why We Do It.

We find our greatest inspiration in connection—whether to our craft, our clients, our partners, nature, or each other. We are honored to create homes that shape the way our clients live and endure for generations. To us, the relationships we build along the way are just as meaningful as the homes we craft.

Sharing a personal connection with our clients is very important to us. We thrive on collaboration—working closely with clients, designers, and architects—because we believe the construction process can be just as enjoyable as the finished home. Our greatest reward comes from seeing our clients thrilled with the results, and the knowing and feeling that we have performed our work to the best of our ability and without compromise.

What Inspires Us.
