This charming kitchen remodel of a Portland bungalow was a wonderful collaboration with the homeowners and local architect, Risa Boyer. By opening the kitchen to the dining room and thoughtfully reconfiguring the layout, we maximized functionality while respecting the home's character. In the basement laundry room, painting the exposed structural joists brought a sense of lightness and openness, transforming the space into something both practical and inviting.
