Designed for a young couple in NE Portland, our Fernhill project transformed a mid-century gem to suit the needs of a modern, design-focused family. The renovation featured a new kitchen that opens to the great room, creating a spacious, cohesive living area that showcases custom built-ins and a plaster fireplace. The second story was reconfigured to include a stunning plaster ensuite bath and additional custom storage.
