This classic mid-century home situated on a generous lot presented an exceptional opportunity for our clients. The project scope included a new detached garage purpose-built to accommodate a growing vintage car collection, with an adjoining bathroom and changing room for pool guests. A full-width slider was added to the rear of the home, opening to a newly covered patio with integrated heaters for year-round use. The existing pool was fully refurbished and complemented by all-new surrounding flatwork.
